This past year we have faced some reliablity issues related to our server and separately email deliverability. Multiple times we have found, after a few days, that our incoming and sometimes outgoing email has failed. These issues have caused communication between staff and members to be less than desireable.
We have setup the Contact Us page to partially mitigate these problems in the future. If you send us an email and don't hear back within a day or two, please utilize the Contact Us page. When you are signed in, your contact information will autofill, except your email address. Send us a message and when sent, it will send to our fallback gmail email address of globecargova@gmail.com. Add this address to your safe sender list so that our response isn't inadvertently delivered to your junk folder.
Discord remains the best platform to communicate with staff but please use the Contact Us page when needed.
